Juan in service was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the service report being texted to me so I could review it on my own. Juan took the time to explain everything to me so I understood exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Initial process was done quickly and when it turned out a part need to be ordered, Juan offered me a loaner vehicle which made my life easier and it was appreciated.

The service representative made our experience very positive. She explained the recommended repairs in a way that was easily understood and responded to us timely.
