My wait was a pleasant one, made even more so by the chance to have a nice cup of coffee while I waited. The service attendant was excellent - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. He noticed by a retired submarine veteran license plate holder that I qualified for a military discount, something I was unaware of and that saved me a considerable amount.. My vehicle was completed in a reasonable time and I can't think of anything that would have made my visit better. One item that should be looked at is the apparently new website. I had difficulty using it when I tried to find the cost of some additional work my vehicle needed. I then approached 2 employees snd found they have trouble with the website as well, and indicated they and others recognize there are some problems with it.

A little long wait for an oil change but not unacceptable.

Always satisfied after each visit. Especially this one. You guys recognized an installation error on our Highlanders brakes from a previous service and fixed it up with no charge. Wife is very happy with her Highlanders ride now.
