My experience was great! They finished under an hour!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new Toyota service department for my 2016 Hylander. I checked to see which dealership had a relationship with Costco, and it was Nalley. Costco’s recommendation was spot on. Service was expeditious and prompt. Wait area was spacious and clean (but could use more electric outlets for laptops/phones!). My car maintenance items were all corrected. Nalley is my new service department.
