I came in after seeing the ad for a free vacation check. I left $1200 later. I was caught hook, line and sinker and days later I’m still upset with myself for not getting other quotes. The advisor said my new brakes come with a life time warranty but didn’t explain that I had an option for another type of brake that was cheaper but didn’t have a life time warranty. My Toyota is 14 years old and I doubt I’ll need new brakes in its lifetime. He knew that and took me for every extra cent. Smarmy.
