Service appointment was good

Leah was very pleasant, responsive and helpful. And seeing that the vehicle was covered in leaves/petals from having parked under a tree, offered to have the vehicle washed. The repair technicians did a great job replacing the damaged tire, and though the tire was brought in separately, the technicians also went above and beyond by removing the spare from the driver side, installing the new tire in its place, putting the spare back under the vehicle and even putting the tools i had left out back in their designated storage area.
