David Ramos is the best in the biz and I travel from Buford just to get my car serviced by him even though there are several closer Toyota dealerships. Also, your maintenance technician, Evan, was awesome! He gave me some great pointers on settings to use on my Camry's dash readout. I think you've got a future service advisor in the making there.
