It was my first time having my new vehicle being serviced at your dealership and I couldn’t find the entrance to your service bays. I parked behind what I thought would be your service area and went up a set of stairs. I asked one of your techs where the service entrance was. He was amazing. He asked me where I was parked and once we got to my car he offered to ride in my car and direct me to the entrance. I believe his name was Karin(?) His customer service was above and beyond. Someone else would have maybe just pointed or given me verbal directions. He should be recognized for his kindness. Janet, my Service Advisor was professional and efficient. My vehicle was ready very close to the time promised. I was definitely impressed. I will be back for my next scheduled service.

Good service, flexible, communicative, not too long a wait

I came into Nalley service dept. on Friday after noon and my appointment was with Leah. Leah checked me in for service and had me out and on my way in less than an one hour. This is why I am giving Nally Service Dept. a BIG 5’ for excellent service.

Waiting area was very pleasant. Service Rep was very helpful. My Camry felt like a new automobile as I rode home after the service. Doing a car wash for your customers is a good idea well thought out.

The service tech acknowledged me and immediately did the intake on my vehicle. He recommended the wiper blades be changed and the 20k inspection was completed in about an hour.
