Everything went smoothly. However I thought car wash finally got fixed, but the water drops on the body were from the rain. I hope to get a complimentary car wash, but after four visits in last two years still got no service.

After an 1 1/2 hours, I started wondering what was taking so long to mount, balance, and align the 4 new tires I had just bought. I checked with my service person Janet and she got it all wrapped up within 10 minutes. Janet is extremely responsive to the customer’s needs and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Only problem was that they forgot to reset the maintenance required screen. The directions to accomplish that in the Highlander manual are not easy to follow - poorly written so I will need to drive back over to have one of your technicians reset the screen.

Very friendly and efficient

Ava Alsalali did a very good job. Explains, find ways to adjust finances to her best of abilities, friendly and she is an asset to any organization. When she took us to Brandon, the accounts master, Brandon points out that the final installment agreed upon is wrong and opted for a higher amount and also convinced to take us extra insurance. If the people who decides the final installment amount is wrong, why should Brandan punishes a client? Well, overall good experience I must say.
