Good. Satisfied. I liked the service rep.Don’t like the pressure from this text message I received. (See below) Whoever thought of this needs to rethink the approach in my opinion.Also offering non Toyota brake pads is a dumb idea. Why sacrifice quality for price?? Now when a person buys a used car from Toyota, they don’t know if they have the better brake pads or not! Are you guys sacrificing other parts? The price difference is not significant to a Toyota customer who want Toyota quality. If I wanted lesser $ brakes, I’d go somewhere else.
