Matt was great checking in and out. No complaint regarding work quality. However, this was an appointment for scheduled maintenance (no repair); however, the wait time was in excess of three hours. That is way too long for routine maintenance.

I was dragging my feet scheduling maintenance on my car. Who wants to sit at the garage for hours? I scheduled with Cody & was surprised at how extremely polite & helpful he was. He was quick & thorough. I was out in no time. Thank you Cody for making this a painless visit.

Even though it was a long wait, I really appreciate the service that was giving. Customer service took good care of me and checked up on me to see of I needed anything and was willing to take me home, if needed.
