My service rep was very through and answered all of my questions regarding this service.

Excellent coordination by David Ramos in confirming long lead recall parts on hand and negotiating added repairs based on steering gear and suspension inspection. Also met promised schedule on 19 April. No one else at Nally Toyota has been able to do this since my first appointment for this work n Dec 2022.

I was very pleased with the service advisor, David Ramos. He answered all of my questions and advised me on things that didn't necessarily have to be done immediately. I almost didn't return to Nalley because I was told 10,000 miles ago that I needed brakes even though there was no indication that they were failing. I don't like being coerced into spending money that is not necessary.
