David Ramos is a great service advisor. Since I'm on a budget, he lets me know what services need to be done now, what can wait and what needs to be done in a few weeks.

Very efficiently handled visit!

David Roth was my advisor and he did an excellent job of explaining what to expect for the service on my car.

The visit was fine. I was disappointed as I received an email for my birthday that allowed for a car wash , mini detail and a check over of the car. I asked to have that done. I was told ok. When I left it was not done. I called later to find out your car wash isn’t working and it was not known when it would be repaired. Needless to say I could have been told this while I was there and possibly scheduled it for another time. It was disappointing.

I get the same quality of service as I get at a highline dealership. David Ramos is the greatest service writer I have ever known. I know he works on commission but he treats everyone the same weather it's a oil change or engine replacement. Great job Nalley Toyota.
