My experience was unusual and different. But I left as a very satisfied customer! My visit was for a routine maintenance check on my Toyota Corolla. Your service specialist, Matt Thomsen was extremely helpful, honest and transparent. This is something I’m not used to in the automotive industry and least of all the service dept. He was genuine and kept his word without hesitation. Not once did I feel pressured! Matt Thomsen is the epitome of customer service; you are lucky to have him. I only wish all the sales and service people in the automotive industry worked to his level of competence and standards!
