My expectation was to wait on the programing of a new key opener to replace one lost of 1 hour. The time it took the service crew was less than 20 minutes. I was extremely happy.

The hood was left unlatched when I got in my car and drove away. The technician also didn’t add the maintenance sticker to my windshield, and also added a filter change without my permission. I mentioned to the service advisor, and not sure how that happened.
