Phillip Roth has been excellent in explaining the services and ensuring vehicle is delivered on time.

Jimmy Snider was such a good service manager that I asked for his card so I wouldn't forget him so that I could be sure to request him next time. I'm pretty sure that he was the person who took the time to look over the contracts of some extended service contract providers to point out things I needed to be aware of owning a hybrid. His feedback was very helpful and he took time out of his busy day to help. As for the work, it was promptly done. I wish my car was washed but that's OK. The important thing was that the vehicle was repaired, and I had zero problems with my extended service contract.

Service was ok. Not pleased that each time I come in for service your car wash is always broken. Maybe you need to remove it as a complimentary offer at this point.
