I worked with David Ramos with my 2007 Tundra. He was quick to reply and overall a solid guy. Only reason I took off a star was I asked him to have the vehicle looked over while it was in the shop for a month and he did not preform an inspection, no biggie honestly. I asked for a spare key to be made, and I never got one made but I was never charged so no issue.

The service department was very busy, with cars coming in and out constantly. However, the service advisor provided detailed explanations of the required services and had my car serviced more quickly than I expected. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a complimentary car wash, but overall, I am 99% satisfied.
