Swung into Roswell Toyota to have them see if they could figure out why my front passenger tire sounded like it was hitting the wheel well. The mechanic removed the tire to find a rubber piece in the wheel well had lost two plastic screw and was hanging inside, hitting my tire. He put two screws back in it and rotated my tires for me. He took the time to show me the issue and explain everything. I appreciate the mechanic’s honesty and for taking care of me so quickly.
