Jimmy Snyder is a good service agent. He tries to make his customers satisfied.Unfortunately the supporting facilities are not working right, i.e. the coffee machine was broken. Car wash machine was broken.FYI, waiting time for servicing simple brake was more than 2 hours!!!! Don't you think it is to long!!!
