It was my 1st visit to your shop with my wife’s 2018 Avalon.I had communicated with Matt a few months ago. Being a car guy I shared with him the maintenance items I did myself, oil and filter, cabin filter, engine air filter, tire pressure checks. He recommended we bring the car to him at 60,000 miles for the major service check. We did and brought the car to Matt that morning. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We will keep in touch with him on any further Avalon needs.
