The associate that helped me out made me very comfortable. He was polite and calm. He even assisted me to see how I could charge my work laptop when my battery was almost dead in the middle of an official meeting while waiting on my car.

The team from start to end was friendly, honest, reliable, quick, thorough, and accommodating. They even found a recall I didn’t know about and had the issue fixed along with my other work. David (my service agent) was super and kept me updated the entire way through during the work. He offered me suggestions on what absolutely had to be done/fixed and what could wait a bit longer. He quoted me for the job and was even able to find discounts to help with the price. I’m sold on the Nalley Toyota Service Team and will 100% be back, when my car needs work.
