Battery problems (replaced twice already). Had no appt but after 2 hours with no ongoing work, choose to leave. Car is a 2017 Toyota and has been highly reliable. I and Collins the serv tech suspect alternator. Give me a service time and let’s check it out. Thanks.

Francine kept me informed with progress and got my car done thanks to the tech s to. Car was washed and my 90 yr old mother noticed that.

I drove in without an appointment and they took me right away. I like their mobile phone-based service tracking to keep me informed about what was happening to my car. My service manager, Matt, was attentive and informative. The diagnostics offered additional service recommendations with the option to do them now or later. The waiting area was large enough to spread out and offered a variety of free drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, lattes, mochas, etc.)

Very pleased with service. Janet/Delma was very helpful. She was very responsible, and made sure that the tires were in stock, before she reserved my appointment
