Major repairs were needed on my 2003 Sequoia. They sent photos of my cars rusted and leaking parts needing repairs. Also received itemized estimate of repair costs with explanation of each function. My service advisor, David, was so helpful explaining the importance and purpose of each part and determining what needed to be repaired asap. Safety was top priority. I always appreciate having everything explained and it helps with trusting that you have made the best decisions. I would purchase another Toyota because of this outstanding and trustworthy service advisor & service department. I love my car, but you also really need a great service advisor/department for long lasting success with any vehicle. Thank you Toyota of Roswell!

I went to Nally Toyota to have a fender liner replaced on the driver side of my vehicle.. I requested for Leah and she given me excellent service. She checked me in as soon as I arrived. The service mechanic had my vehicle fixed in less than an hour. I was very happy with the service, if I ever incur another mechanical problem with my Toyota I will recommend Nally Toyota for their excellent service and customer loyalty.

Janet is an excellent service representative and I enjoy the complimentary coffee. The challenge was waiting for six hours for the automobile to be serviced. Nevertheless, I'm grateful for Nalley Toyota! 😊🙏
