Service advisor was awesome!!

Service advisor, Phillip Roth, was excellent as usual. He explained the services needed and made me feel good about doing business with Nalley Toyota Roswell. I live 5 miles from Cherokee Toyota and 15 miles from Nalley Roswell. Phillip is why I continue to drive to Roswell.

My experience was great! Jimmy was professional the entire time and answered any questions I had. He also made sure to keep me up to date on what was going on, explain what had been found and done. And finally set realistic expectations of what to monitor moving forward. Not only that, but everything was done incredibly fast. Will definitely be coming back for any future work needed.

David Was professional and courteous as always. I didn’t have an appointment and was a walk in. They got me in and out in about 1.5 hours

Dave Roth was the person that took care of my car. He said he would try to have it done in an hour, and he did!! My car was even washed!! He went over some points with me and explained what was done. I was very pleased and will recommend Nalley Toyota.
