Great service! I will be back! Juan was my service rep.He was very professional and friendly.

The service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to what my car needed for service and understood my needs for getting the car ready for a road trip. He also was a really nice person to deal with.

I dropped off the car to be serviced for my parents. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. The service person who helped me could not possibly have been friendlier or nicer. Seemed to genuinely care about my parents and making sure they got the services they needed. Listened to my concerns and offered suggestions. Took my number so my elderly parents wouldn't be contacted. Kept me in the loop from step one. I had never been in this dealership before but I was extremely impressed.

Everyone was vey efficient, friendly and continually updated on progress of vehicle! They got me out in a rental and didn’t make me wait for more than 2 hrs.- greatly appreciated! Overall an excellent experience and I hope the issue is resolved on my new RAV4!

I used the costco auto program. The salesman that contacted me was great. I felt very comfortable and unpressured to make the purchase.
