I brought my Tacoma in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was performed quickly. After I was back at home, I was contacted by phone to see if I noticed an oil leak. The person on the phone indicated they had seen an oil trail in the service area. I checked and I didn’t see any problems. But I appreciated the follow up.

Janet was very helpful and able to secure a loaner car for me; the technician even let me come back to view my broken radiator and engine.
