Brought the vehicle in for the 30,000 mile service. I went ahead and had the recommended services done at the same time. One of the services performed, the A/C refresher, was done. Upon leaving the dealership, I turned on the A/C to clear some of the fragrance that comes with the service, I realized that the A/C was not working. I immediately took the vehicle back in. Upon inspection, it was determined that the compressor had a leak due to a road chip. I was concerned that the refresher service was performed before determining that the A/C wasn’t working, however, that charge was removed from bill after repair of the A/C.

There was a problem at the beginning but once Mr. James the service manager got aware of the situation, I took care of it in an excellent professional manner. Every body in the service was very nice with customers. That was my first visit to the Nalley dealer and I got a very good impression. I appreciate it and will continue to bring my ca to Nalley.
