Service was good. However, I do not like how a service was recommended to be completed. I got a text saying one item failed and that I needed a fuel induction done. It said it like it was something that had to be done. I looked up that kind of service and saw it was usually done around 60k miles and I’m only at 32k. I asked the service manager and he said it was fine to not do it. I feel like other people would be taken advantage of with they way the service was recommended.

Courteous, fast, professional, convenient to review recommended services via text / online. Normally when I drop my car off anytime later than the very first time slot for an oil change, my car ends up being there the entire day. I was very surprised that I dropped my car off mid day and I still got it back within a reasonable amount of time. I also appreciated that the service advisor took it upon herself to go ahead and apply a coupon before I even had to ask if there was one.

These guys and gals always do an excellent job for me with my vehicle. And the waiting area is very comfortable and easy for me to get work done as I wait.
