Exceptional service department. Francine Potts was extremely friendly and professional. She made the experience top level handling the hiccup and corrected the issue in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the Nalley service team as a whole.

Jeffrey the salesperson was excellent. He sent me pictures and information on a 23 Tundra 1794 edition that made me willing to drive over 2 hours one way. It was worth it! Jeffrey is top notch and the truck is EXCELLENT!

I was disappointed with other Toyota dealerships but I left Nalley with a big smile on my face. Other dealerships tried to sell me brake service when I didn't need any. Nalley on the other hand was very honest and advised me that I didn't need any brakes for another 5-10,000 miles! Thank you Nalley for being so honest and truly caring for your customers.
