Dave was my consultant for my visit it. He did an amazing job and I felt like my car was in great hands. He ensured that I was aware of everything that my car might have needed and I was confident that my car was in great condition for my long weekend trip!

The service I received on my Yaris was excellent. My advisor, Francine, was knowledgable and able to share that information clearly on why certain work needed to be performed. My only problems were that my backing camera holder was knocked out of the CD slot. It and the camera fell to the floor of the car, separating. No mention was made of this, nor was any attempt to put them onto the passenger seat. Also, the wheel cover hubcaps (3, I had lost one prior to coming for service) were removed to work on the car and were put in the hatchback. That was OK, but I was not told this. One improvement during this visit was that when my advisor arranged for a Lyft ride since no loaner was available, she also mentioned I could call back when the car was ready to get another Lyft ride arranged by Nalley Toyota to get back to the service center. That has not been mentioned during previous visits.
