My appointment was at 7am and I was greeted at 7am. My paperwork was printed out and I was advised as to what service I needed. It was very smooth and the representative was excellent. Will continue to do business with Toyota. My only complaint would be the price of new tires. Overly priced but that is the cost of doing business.
