Very knowledgeable and I was more impressed with situations the service advisor was not aware of and was honest enough to say that he didn't know. This is one of the most expensive Toyota is out there. And was serviced by this dealership. They did a wonderful job

Understandably speaking, with such a big facility and so many customers the wait tiime for a synthetic oil change and filter on my Toyota Tacoma 2016 truck was the only downer. 1 and 1/2 hrs. is what I was told up front it would take to complete the job even though i had made a prior reservation (I think I got bumped down because they rescheduled me even though i called ahead to inform them I would be about 15 minutes late for my time slot). The sales associate was accurate in his assessment of how long the oil change job would take. The customer wait area with its coffee and wi-fi is always a perk.
