Didn’t feel pressure at all to buy…most dealer stress you out about buying but not nalley….

It was an easy service and prices seemed fair.

I came for an oil change and was assigned Delma as my Service Advisor. Delma was awesome as usual. I was told some months back at another dealership that my lower control arms in the front were due to be replaced. The warranty that my vehicle is covered under refused to replace them at that time because they still had some time before they completely needed replacement. When I arrived I addressed this with Delma who followed up with the warranty company following the inspection of my car & got them to move forward with covering the control arms AND the wheel alignment. My deductible was $100 plus the oil change which Delma provided a coupon for. It's really that kind of customer service that always makes me come back to Nalley Toyota Roswell for service. I am always well taken care of here.

Great detailed summary of the issues my car was having. Answered all my questions and gave me a good understanding of what could happen in a worst case scenario if the problem progressed. Easy check-in and check-out.
