Great service

Three weeks after getting my new leased RAV4 I had a flat that couldn’t be fixed. Called my salesman Johnnie Anderson and explained my issue. Drove over hooked up with David Ramos and BINGO BANGO BONGO I was back in the game. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

Roth is always making sure that I know what’s going on with my car while it is being serviced. He makes sure that I understand each recommendation (especially those that are required) and makes me feel like I’m not being taking advance of just to get a sell. I really appreciate him and always make sure the I set my appointments with him. Thanks Roth and Nalley Toyota for everything.

Juan was so great! Only confusing thing was when “accepting” the service that needed to be done online, it said I had declined the work - I assumed it was an error, but when I went in after getting my “car is ready” text the work hadn’t been performed. Juan was sorry for the confusion and made sure my vehicle was taken care of right away.

Dave was awesome.

David is an amazing person. He makes everyone he interacts with feel welcome! He is always the busiest man in the shop! Great work!
