The appointment time was realistic as my car was taken shortly after registration at the entry desk, Suggestion: Have the office number stated as well as the service agent's name in your letter affirming a customer's appointment time. Trying to read the name of the service agent is difficult when arriving and driving a car. The office number is considerably larger and highly visible yet apparently is not intended for arrival use.

Made an Appointment for our 2020 RAV4 with Mr. David Ramos for an oil change, tire rotation and a 51 point check. When we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment, Mr. Ramos did not make us wait and took care of us immediately. He kept in touch with us during the service and notified us as soon as it was completed. Mr. Ramos was very friendly and very professional. We are more than pleased with Mr. Ramos handling our service needs and look forward to trusting him with our future service needs. He is excellent!
