I was seen immediately when I arrived, which was wonderful since I am going thru Chemo right now and am not "out and about that much" - so the fact I was seen immediately and it didn't take long was great. I do not like the fact that something is always "not quite right" - trying to "sell me something" - when it is obvious there is nothing wrong. Other then that - all was fine. I love my RAV 4 !

Great Customer Service. Only one complaint my last visit on 1/21. Service department forgot to place a next service decal on my window. I had to ask service advisor Anthony for a decal. He didn’t offer to put on my window. I had to ask one of the male service people walking around to help place the decal.

I purchased a new '23 4Runner TRD ORP and am in love with the car, it is everything I wanted and more. There were some hiccups picking it up at the dealership. However, Stacy (I forget his last name) and Brandon Clark were a great help and were able to quickly get back on track. Love Toyota's and will get more in the future!
