The experience was professional and the representative explained in detail all what was wrong and what needed corrected. The only change is entirely too expensivee to replaceclight bulbs and Gas Cap $257

Not sure if everyone feels this way about visiting any automobile dealership and service department but me and my love going to Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Its always a wonderful experience and this most recent did not let us down! We had another great experience working with David Ramos and his entire team of associates.... We like the facility , we love the hospitality from everyone absolutely believe David Ramos is the Very Best in his career, we love working with David Ramos! (1) The under covering for my 2019 Avalon Hybrid was loose. I was quickly reattached. I was very pleased..(2) One of the tires had a slow leak. It was fixed and I drove home. The next morning the tire was totally flat. I was decidedly disappointed, especially when I removed it to take it to the close by tire dealer at which I purchased. I had no idea the tire was so heavy. (I am 85-years old.)
