There was a warning on my dash and it was almost time for a regular checkup. As always, the scheduling process and the actual appointment were great. Every single person who I have had contact with at Nalley Toyota does their job well. David is always friendly and very efficient. I love that I can follow along on the progress of my car in real time while it's being repaired. Contrast this to my daughter's experience when she took her Ford to a dealership and had to constantly call and wait for a callback to get updates for nearly a week. She wasn't even offered/given a loaner car. It makes me even more grateful for Nalley Toyota Roswell. I will always be a loyal customer! Thank you!

I scheduled my 60K mile service on my RAV-4 online. There was next day availability in the afternoon. I was able to drop the car off early and they worked it in and it was ready before the end of business.
