I had a great experience from start to finish

Good to work with the salesman got some things done in a timely manner. Didn’t love the pushy extended warranty plan and no mentioning on deductible for the plan before purchasing.

Hi Chad. Happy new year. I moved to Roswell from New Jersey about a year ago and Nalley Toyota has been my go to service center and David Ramos has been my go to service personnel. I’ve had three oil changes over the last year and David has been absolutely fantastic. Every time I’ve requested your complimentary car wash (external only) I was told your car wash machine was broken. The first time I understood. The second time I was shocked it was still broken. This past third time, nearly an entire year from my first visit, and the machine is still broken. That’s complete neglect and as the service manager that accountability falls on you and you alone Chad. I’m normally not one to complain but I’ve been patient an entire year with expectations that this issue would have been addressed. I expect better from Toyota and from you chad. Now David has been nothing short of an all star. He has since my very first service gone above and way beyond to compensate for your broken machine. He’s even vacuumed my car himself which was totally unexpected and absolutely made my day. The way he treats his customers surpassed my expectations and because of him I’m a loyal Nalley customer. His efforts, welcoming attitude and pride in duty must absolutely be acknowledged. Thank you David. But he and the rest of the service team need to the support of their leader. Step up Chad and hopefully one day I can thank you as well. 5 Stars for David and 1 star for Chad.
