We were actually going to another dealership to look at another similar vehicle. I did not know that Nalley had a vehicle that we were looking for. I researched the vehicle on the website and sent in an inquiry to see if the vehicle was still available. Within a few minutes, Christopher Dean called me and provided the information about the vehicle. The vehicle that we originally went to look at was not the right vehicle. We went to Nalley and although Christopher Dean was with a customer, he had the vehicle we were looking at brought to the front and set up a test ride with Kile. Overall, everything went well. When, picking up my vehicle, someone who I assume was another employee, walked in front of me, stood behind the counter and ordered some service for her vehicle. I thought it was quite rude for someone to do that. So, even though the service was excellent, that’s the thing that I remember most. Will probably want to use a different service advisor who allow that to happen next time.
