I purchased my Jeep from Nalley Toyota , but woukd go to the Jeep dealership in my area for any maintenance and repairs. I received a birthday email offering a free mini detail and diagnostics. I have not been happy with the Jeep dealership. Long story short...Nalley Toyota found several issues that I had been concerned about, sent pictures of the problems and had my car ready a day before my birthday (Christmas Eve). Shout out to David Ramos for a superb customer service experience.

Overall my experience was not bad. 4 tires replaced. Technicians also identified an issue with back brake pads. Unfortunately TPMS failed on the second day after the tire replacement service.
