It was okay, just missing a better end of service report or something better than, "done let's get you out of here" I understand it's the first service and everything is fine but that's what I have to say.

Service advisor was friendly and kept me up to date with the progress. Wait time was a little long but I had a few additional items looked at other then my 5000 mile maintenance.

The check-in took a little longer. The personnel was very courteous. They did not clean the car.

Although we have used Nalley for years, this was our first service with our Toyota Cross, and everything went fine as expected. The whole thing took less than an hour. Well done!

Great experience overall. From setting up the appointment on line to when I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the experience was excellent. High mark's for my service advisor Mr. Perez.

It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very kind, especially the young lady that assisted me. She took her time explained everything to me, making sure that l understand everything. I really appreciated that alot.
