Kristopher Dean exemplified hands down some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. A situation typically full of anxiety was instead a smooth, pleasant commitment that I felt confident in making the moment I shook his hand. Absolute top notch representative that felt more like a friend than a salesman. From the second I called him mid Friday afternoon, he went to work to get me all set up before I even walked in the door an hour before they closed. The entire experience was barely two hours, if that. I've heard so many stories about it being a whole day experience but Kristopher truly was fully invested in getting me into the car I wanted the moment we got off the phone. And beyond the sales portion of the ordeal- Charles in finance was equally as remarkable in getting me out the door quicker than I could have imagined while never once making me feel rushed, pressured, or uninformed.
