Service was great and on time. My advisor Leah was great. After the service the car was making a noise on the front wheels due to a loose lug nut mostly likely from tire rotation. But I told my advisor and she told the mechanics who fixed it. There’s was no problem after. Overall good experience

Great turnaround time.

David Ramos and Team at Nally Toyota are awesome. Was able to schedule regular maintenance either online or in my case was in between meetings with a simple call. More importantly they review every aspect of my vehicle and consult on the what and the why as to services needed (or not). Even with recent arm surgery David was more attentive to his customers needs than his own discomfort!

Juan Perez was very professional, friendly and courteous - the young lady (I don't remember her name ) who greeted me and asked for the keys was pleasant with a smile - I was expecting a wait long wait or delay but no. Everything was done well and I was out of the door in about an hour after arriving - very happy with the services. Thank you!
