The service appointment itself was excellent, though the initial interaction was disappointing. My daughter arrived for an appointment and was told by the first person (lady) that she met that the service consultant assigned to her appointment was out and she needed to come back another day. Thankfully she didn’t accept that and found another service consultant who helped her and got her out super quick. So a 1 star for the initial interaction and a 5 star for the service consultant.

Lisa was very helpful and kept me advised of what was being done and the time it was taking to complete the services. She advised me that I needed a tire rotation which was quickly done. Excellent service.
