Stacie messaged me to follow up on purchasing, I met him at the dealership to look at the RAV4 drove it, and bought it! Quick and easy process. Mr Lowery is excellent at what he does.

Service was hassle free, quick and professional. Technician were very friendly. Service coordinator was not very courtesies and was impatient to listen to all concerns. Asked to bring them in next service. She even didn't schedule next Service until asked.
