I arrived earlier than my appointment. The service crew worked me right in, took care of the car, and were very prompt.

Beyond profesional

John Garner did a fabulous job handling the sale. He also helped me program my phone and check with the parts Dept about getting a bike rack for my car, which was nice of him. I actually did my student teaching at the same school where he was playing football Wayback when! I do wish that Toyota would have provided a key fob with the purchase instead of having to wait and then buy a kit to install it. Maybe it is because of a shortage of chips from China? My old 3013 came with with a fob. 🧐
