Best dealership repair experience

Everything was great. Service guy should as if we are sitting in the waiting room or leaving the premises. Also, it would be nice if there was a shuttle to take you to grab lunch when you are there for an extended period of time (I was there 3.5 hours) especially since you don’t sell any food or have snack machines.

Like always when I enter into the service area appointment or not I have to sit in my car and wait a while before I approach. On this particular visit it was the same. First I was approached by someone whom was just saying these more on the job training. I was instructed to go to office number eight to my favorite Toyota service personnel but, she was busy she instructed me to go to the young lady next to her whom did not have a clue how to assist me, another person in need of on the job retraining. I told her I will wait for Jeanette and as always with Jeanette I get spectacular service and I believe unbothered by the service and employees that perplexed my patience. Jeanette the young lady in booth number eight she is the embodiment of professionalism and amazing work etiquette. She is always on top of her game with me.

The service rep that helped me answered all my questions, was super friendly, and called me to let me know how much filters would be prior to install. People like him, working for Nalley, is why I return.
