Very pleasant experience with Juan Perez when he was assigned to help service my car.

My review is mixed. I made an appointment for three items - and three different levels of easy, medium, and hard. One required a part which had to be ordered. The other two were completed quickly and uneventfully. The caveat is that I was recommended quite a few other items that I did not need, and they were depicted as « urgent » including one service item that was $4k! When I checked the box no, there was no further discussion, and then I took my car to a trusted mechanic who told me that several of the items were not needed repair items (including the $4k one). So buyer beware, and use your own judgment about the extra services that are recommended.
