I originally went in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. Upon inspection it was recommended to have brakes done and cabin filter changed. I okayed the work. I was told it would be a couple hours to complete. 2 1/2 hours later I got a text my car was ready. Driving away I glanced at my invoice. The oil change has not been done, nor the cabin filter changed. I went back to ask what happened? I guess there was a miscommunication on both of our parts. I waited an additional 30 minutes to get oil changed and cabin filter replaced. I did get a bit of a discount for the mistake.

I had an appointment. The wait for a service advisor was efficient and courteous and the repair was done quickly.
