Friendly staff and wait time was very manageable. I love how the tech will text any suggested services and you can accept or decline from your phone. Much better than having someone come and make the suggestions. This way is much less intimidating

Expected a full description of vehicle's condition. Expected written measurements on tread depth, brake pad depth etc. Have had vehicle for 1 year and no indication of filling washer reservoir. No indication of brake fluid and coolant condition and level.
